The winter photo/video contest is valid from 21.11.2009 to 11.04.2010
How to participate:
Participation in the competition is completely free and open to everyone over 18 at the moment of registration. Employees of the Alta Badia Tourist Consortium and anyone involved in the organization of the competition are prohibited from taking part.
To take part in the competition simply register on the website www.altabadiatv.it, following the instructions indicated therein and supply the required information, which must be truthful and the treatment of which will be regulated by the indications on the subject of personal data protection shown on the same website. On registering, the user will accept the present regulation in all its points in full. Moreover, on registering, the user will accept a release with which he will surrender the rights to economic use on each photo and video sent, in a non-exclusive way, to the Alta Badia Tourist Consortium, including the commercial exploitation of the photoes and videos. It is understood that should the user not accept such a release, he will not be allowed to take part in the competition. Once the registration is validly effected, the registered user will be able to participate in the competition through inserting one or more photoes or videos pertaining to the subjects through the website and by following the instructions shown therein. The photoes and the videos which will pass the forseen parameters will be admitted to the competition at the discretion of the Alta Badia Tourist Consortium.
The Alta Badia Tourist Consortium reserves the right to exclude any photo and video sent by regularly registered users, which is not appropriate – according to its own discretional assessment to be published. The Alta Badia Tourist Consortium reserves the right to exclude any photo and video whose contents, in all or in part: may be considered discriminatory towards any race and/or religion and/or nationality; including obscene or blasphemous language; be it violent, pornographic, paedo-pornographic or anyway of a sexual nature; be it libellous; inciting hate; containing inappropriate references to alcohol, drugs or other illegal substances; be it controversial, offensive, illegal or prohibited by any legal measures.
To publish your videos:
Publish your video with a maximum length of 300 seconds in digital format with a minimum resolution of 320 x 240 pixel (.mov, .m4v, .avi, .wmv, .mpg etc), the editorial staff will verify its contents and will publish it in the community of those who love Alta Badia.
To publish your photos:
You can post maximum 3 photos with the theme: "A taste for skiing in Alta Badia" giving each photo a title. The photos should high resolution and up to 3MB. Photos without title will be discarded.
The winners:
The winners will be selected by a jury that will give an artistic evaluation of the examination. The jury reserves the right to take into account olso the evaluation of online users. The winners will be notified by mail and their names will be published on the websites and www.altabadia.org www.altabadiatv.it
The prizes:
The winners get a non-transferable voucher that can be enjoyed during winter 2010 – 2011 for the periods indicated on the voucher.
The Alta Badia Tourist Consortium cannot be held responsible for any violations of copyright and/or privacy laws on the part of the participants in the competition.
The organizers will regulate the cases not foreseen in these regulations with specific rules.
The Alta Badia Tourist Consortium accepts no responsibility for technical malfunction of hardware or software, interruptions of the network connections, for failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, illegible, damaged, lost, late, incorrectly addressed or intercepted registrations of users, or for registrations of users who for any reason were not received by the same Consortium, for electronic communications or of any other type which were late or for other technical problems connected to the registration of users, to the uploading of photoes or videos and to the competition. Any communication or information transmitted or received by the Alta Badia Tourist Consortium and/or by the website by electronic post or in any other way, it is and will be treated as not reserved and not subject to patent right. The Alta Badia Tourist Consortium, at its discretion, moreover reserves the right to disqualify any competitor who hinders the process of registration of the users, the grading of the videos or the operativeness of the website, or in any way violates these regulations.
