Several mountain huts in Alta Badia offering gourmet yet simple dishes; the perfect choice after a healthy walk in the mountains. The recipes under the theme “Pure Flavours”, using the best South Tyrolean products, have been created by the local gourmet chefs "Dolomitici" together with Michelin-starred chefs from other Italian regions and European countries. Among them: Giancarlo Morelli (Restaurant Pomiroeu – Seregno/Italy), Alberto Faccani (Restaurant Magnolia – Cesenatico/Italy), Hans Jörg Bachmeier (Restaurant Blauer Bock – Munich/Germany), Francesco Mazzei (Restaurant L’Anima – London/UK) and Milan Hořejš (Restaurant V Zátiší – Praha/Czech Republic).
Each mountain hut will be assigned a different dish accompanied by a South Tyrolean wine.
The new feature is the gourmet children’s dishes, created by the Dolomitici and offered in three refuges in Alta Badia.
