Ten mountain huts in Alta Badia have included in their menus a refined, yet simple and genuine, gourmet dish.
The recipes, which use the best of typical South Tyrol’s produce, have been created by the Alta Badia Dolomitici chefs, with fellow starred chefs from Europe, each one teamed up with a specific refuge.
